Orders are handmade and packed with lots of love so they can take 1-2 weeks to ship.I am not able to visit the post office but once a week due to my job,schooling and to keep safe in my household during this time as to not expose myself more than necessary!:)
Please make sure that you enter in the correct shipping information when purchasing,If you realize it’s wrong please communicate with me as soon as possible because once it has shipped to a wrong address I will have to wait for it to return to sender which can take a month or longer.Getting your package is the end goal so it’s always better to double check your information so this doesn’t happen <3
Each package will have a tracking # through USPS that will have been sent to your email unless the product was a sticker which is sent through USPS as well.If you have ordered a sticker and have received an email that it has shipped but has not been delivered for 3 weeks since the ship date please contact me and I will send you a replacement.
I do not have control of your package once it has reached USPS,but if a package has been stolen,damaged,or lost please contact me with a picture of the damaged item or notification of tracking through USPS so we can fix the issue! You paid for the item so although USPS may have caused trouble I will still do what I can to get you the item you paid for!
